Protection of Confidentiality for all of ACTC and Client's Information

I do hereby warrant that I understood and agreed that the confidential information of ACTC Translation Centre (hereafter called ACTC) will be reviewed and used solely for necessary working purpose of ACTC during the period that I would be sub-contracted by ACTC.

I shall not, without prior written approval of the party disclosing information - ACTC, disclose or in any other way make known, reveal, copy, report, publish or transfer to any other person, firm, corporation or utilise for competitive or any other purpose, any secret information or know-how relative to the disclosed information, relating to the publishing, printing, production, email, copyright or sales, owned by ACTC or any client of ACTC. This is a lifetime guarantee that I shall not use ACTC's confidential information for my own purpose.

"Confidential information" shall mean and include all tangible and intangible information and materials being disclosed in connection with the existing or potential engagement, in any form of medium (and without regard to whether the information is owned by ACTC or by third party), that includes the followings (without limitation):

1.   Information related to any business, finance, jobs, staff, translators and interpreters, and any other information of ACTC.

2.   Information related to any clients of ACTC, i.e. the content of documents translated or to be translated, or any information and materials received from clients, client's list, client's contacts, and any other information of clients' .

This agreement shall come into effect from the date I am registered with ACTC Translation Centre as a freelancer. If I have the opportunity to undertake ACTC's assignment, I shall strictly comply with all terms and conditions in this agreement. If I fail to comply with this agreement and cause any loss, I shall assume the full responsibility.
